Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create or use an account, including your name, email address, company information, and account credentials. Workspaces may contain technician profiles, jobs, compensation rules, goals, calculation questions, payroll review records, payout snapshots, imports, and adjustments entered by you or your organization.
We also collect limited technical and security information needed to operate the service, such as authentication activity, device and browser information, IP address, request metadata, performance data, and error reports.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, support, and improve EarnedCrew.
- Calculate and display commission and payroll-review records.
- Authenticate users and enforce workspace permissions.
- Send transactional messages such as invitations and password resets.
- Detect abuse, diagnose errors, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and do not use your workspace data for third-party advertising.
Service providers and international processing
We use carefully selected providers to operate EarnedCrew, including Vercel for application hosting, Neon for database hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Sentry for sanitized error and performance monitoring. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Information may be processed outside your province, state, or country and may be subject to the laws of those locations.
Cookies and similar technologies
EarnedCrew currently uses essential technologies needed to keep you signed in, protect accounts, and remember the workspace you selected. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
Retention, security, and deletion
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain reliable business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Some data may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups expire. We use access controls, encrypted connections, scoped database access, monitoring, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information. Workspace owners are responsible for responding to requests involving employee or contractor records they control. Contact us and we will verify your request before acting. You may withdraw consent where applicable, subject to legal or contractual limits.
Children
EarnedCrew is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 16.
